New Deal Cafe Saturday Jazz Jam

New Deal Cafe Saturday Jazz Jam This is a straight-ahead jazz jam on the 4th Saturday of each month, 2pm to 5pm at the New Deal Cafe in Greenbelt, MD.

Instrumental musicians and singers of all skill levels are invited to sit in with the house band. The house band includes Michael Grasso on piano, Steve Raft on guitar, Doug Perry on bass, and Bam Feldman and Art McKinney on drums. Or just stop by to enjoy good food and drink while listening to great jazz music.

The New Deal Café is currently working on hiring new kitchen staff and implementing significant operational changes. As a result, the Café will be closed for at least the next week.

The The New Deal Cafe will be closed from July 25 - Aug 7 as we assess and re-tool the Cafe's operations. During this period, we may have limited events (such as fundraisers) if we are able to provide the appropriate support.
