Another Apex Design rendering done for the Grand Junction Parade of homes, coming up in Sept & Oct built in Revit 3D and rendered in Lumion software. The plan 'Daisy- C'. I solid model all the parts and details like walls, roof, soffit, trim and stone wanscoting then assign a material to allow the solid to be assigned a texture in Lumion. I colorize the different materials in Revit to help me visually see it's ready for export. Then in Lumion I am able to texturize, colorize, add vegetation and give it photo-like realism, adding lighting, sun and atmospheric effects.

Haven't updated in a while, still busy as ever. Here's a new Apex Design render I created that will be featured in this years parade of homes on the western slope
