“Decomposing”

This time of year is bittersweet. There are some beautiful colors starting to pop on the trees and I love the golden light in the afternoon, but the sun is getting lower and lower and dusk comes earlier and earlier.

Still, there so much beauty in the slow, decomposition of once vibrant, showy green leaves.

Life is a never ending cycle of expanding and contracting, isn’t it? 🌀

Thrilled to return to Green Lane Park this weekend for The Bird and Wildlife Festival!
This was the very first event I participated in with my art two years ago so I hold a special place in my heart for this festival. It’s our last vendor event of the year so it feels perfect to close out the second year of Adam Crist Art at festivals and fairs!
Also it’s near my hometown and this park played a major role in my entire childhood. Amanda and I even got our wedding photos taken here. So many memories!
