Our tattoo shop opened in Green Cove Springs in 2009 with Gypsy as Bentneedle Tattoo Too and became American Gypsy Tattoo Company a few years later in 2011. Featuring award winning tattoo artist / owner Tom "Gypsy" Wargo. Gypsy loves Black and Grey realism, graphic art, fantasy art and portraits. Additional artists include Franklin Dunn who does a little of everything but prefers SoCal style black

and grey and loves lettering. Our most experienced artist, Tim Herbert, is an amazing American traditional and Japanese artist who has been tattooing in the area for years. Jody Miller adds fun to the shop with her unique style that includes color and black and grey. She prefers tattoos with a bit of a dark twist but loves any neo traditional, American traditional and graphic style art. Our main piercer, Ashley is always keeping up with the latest trends in piercing, with ear curations, exotic and adult piercings and the largest selection of jewelry in the area. Ashley also aspires to offer more services such as permanent jewelry. Her happy, outgoing personality and professionalism keeps her clients coming back. Our permanent makeup artist Liz offers eyebrow micro-blading, nano brows and powder brows. Liz also aspires to add more services to permanent makeup such as eye liner, lip blushing and eventually fine line tattoos to meet her goal of areola recreation with scar remediation. Liz also keeps extremely busy as she is also our shop manager and back-up piercer. Last but not least is our apprentice, Hannah. Hannah is a graphic artist whose talent and personality will take her far in the tattoo industry. Watch her art and flash and keep an eye out for when she starts tattooing. Hannah also offers design services and web page design. Located on Hwy 17 across from Winn Dixie and Wendys next to Zachs Outdoor Power Equipment. Serving not only Green Cove Springs and Clay County but surrounding areas such as Flemming Island, World Golf Village, St. Augustine, Jacksonville and beyond.
