Wonder why we aren't sharing as many opportunities to purchase beef from McCarty Cattle Company? These three eat all the beef we can keep on hand!

In all seriousness, the national cattle herd reached a 73-year low last year. Increasing demand coupled with short supply has led to record cattle prices. The current market influences management decisions on the ranch, including how we market our cattle. Rest assured that the best cure for high prices is high prices. When mother nature cooperates, farmers and ranchers will respond by producing more until prices come down. We will keep offering beef through this part of the cycle, so if you would like to be on our reservation list, please let Ashley McCarty know or message this page. Thanks for your support!
