We're proud to live and work in a great American city whose leaders are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive community regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. Thanks to the leadership of Mayor Eric Genrich and our Green Bay Common Council, the City of Green Bay has strived to become a place where all people are valued and welcomed to live authentically.

Human Rights Campaign's annual Municipal Equality Index scores the inclusivity of municipal laws, policies, and services to the LGBTQ+ people who live and work there. Cities are rated based on non-discrimination laws, the municipality as an employer, municipal services, law enforcement, and leadership. The City of Green Bay currently holds a perfect score of 100 points.
