This is an intensive production training internship providing hands-on experience in the concert and theatrical entertainment industry. Interns will have the opportunity to work in the various stages of the production process, including show preparation, setup, show ex*****on, and strike.

Video Techs!
Lighthouse Productions is looking to hire a Full Time Video Technician to join our team! You will help us execute shows starting from project management all the way to the operation and teardown of a show. There will be opportunity to work both small intimate shows and large-scale shows utilizing projectors, video wall, cameras etc. As a Video technician your responsibilities/duties will include the following:
• Work with our team to prep and de-prep gear for shows as well as load the gear on to
trucks.
• Help maintain & service our video gear.
• Work with the video team to determine capex expenditures.
• Interact with clients both on and off show site and provide outstanding customer service.
• Set up & tear down video gear at show sites. (Show sites can be indoors & outdoors and
happen in many different types of weather)
• Manage groups of individuals on show sites to help with the load in and out process.
• Handle client content.
• Run/direct shows utilizing cameras.
• Drive company vehicles to and from show sites.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible, motivated, detail oriented
and have a positive, friendly attitude. The ability to work both independently, and as a part of the
team is imperative. Strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
are a necessity for this position. This job does require some amount of travel. It also requires a
physical work such as standing and walking at show sites.
We do offer a benefits package that includes health, dental & vision insurance. Flexible
Scheduling, Paid Vacation time, Simple IRA Program and other benefits.

Lighthouse productions is looking to hire a Full Time Audio Technician to join our team and help us execute shows starting from project management all the way to the operation and teardown of a show. You will have the opportunity to work both small intimate shows and large-scale shows.

As an Audio Technician your duties/responsibilities will include the following:
• Work with our team to prep and de-prep gear for shows as well as load the gear on to trucks.
• Help maintain & service our audio gear.
• Interact with clients both on and off show site and provide outstanding customer service.
• Set up & tear down audio gear at show sites. (Show sites can be indoors & outdoors and happen in many different types of weather)
• Manage groups of individuals on show sites to help with the load in and out process.
• Setup and Tune PA
• Proficiently mix Front of House and Monitors.
• Drive company vehicles to and from show sites.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible, motivated, detail oriented and have a positive, friendly attitude. The ability to work both independently, and as a part of the team is imperative. Strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are a necessity for this position.
