Getting up close and personal with "macro" photography shots" is one of my favorite ways to help people see what they may have missed or walked by and not noticed. I love to show the beauty, textures, lines and lighting that have power to reach into our very souls and hearts and show us the awe and wonder of creation. My drawings, paintings and collage work also reflect this desire to share the "

awe". I love to make unique limited edition and one of a kind jewelry items that have lovely color combos and use of gemstones and natural material in interesting, joyful display of design so that the jewelry pieces reflect the "wearer's" beauty, power, value and confidence. I love to focus on simple wire wrapping techniques as I find them fun, interesting, creative and unique. Note and greeting cards are mostly hand mounted photos that I have taken- mounted onto card stock and are small works of art to send to friends, business associates, and loved ones. Occasionally I have some of my photos cards printed by a printing company. But I like the hand made personal feel of cards that I mount myself- time consuming labor of love~!

Art lovers! You might want to make a special trip to Bloomington, Indiana to see this amazing art exhibit in my sister Jaime's art gallery: Juniper Art Gallery. She features regional and local artists and the exhibits in her gallery are so well displayed- she arranges and hangs her shows. This is a very quick video tour after two days of hanging all the new work. Special shout-out to Alayna Mooy for her excellent help with hanging the exhibit!
I hope you'll come see us during the opening reception during the First Friday Gallery Walk on April 3rd (5-8:00pm). We will also have an opening reception during the April 3rd Gallery Walk for The Art of Nature: watercolors by Paul J Sweany.
We'll have live music from 6-7:30pm by Elias Fisher!
