Come on up to Dobson, North Carolina this weekend!

Let’s all MOW on to North Carolina! The next stop on our 2026 Tour of Mow Fun is one that you definitely don’t want to miss: Bear Creek Raceway Park in Dobson, NC! We are bringing you two straight days of action packed lawn mower racing!

Racer info:

Friday & Saturday Schedule:
•Gates open - 10am
•Registration & tech - 1pm
•Emily Ann Photography will be doing pictures of all racers beside the tech area (we are going to try to get this done for y’all this time.)
•Hot Laps - 3pm
•Opening Ceremonies - 6pm
•Heat Races will follow
•Intermission after Heat races
•Main Races at 8pm
•Awards ceremony will follow main races each day

Concessions will be on site, provided by the speedway!

Lodging:
•Dry camping is available on site
Hotel Options:
•Hampton Inn & Suites, Dobson - $159 per night - 12 minutes from the track
•Quality Inn, Mount Airy - $84 per night - 17 minutes from the track
•Hamilton Inn, Jonesville - $84 per night - 16 minutes from the track

Gate Fees:
Adults 12+: $15 for a 1 day entry, $25 for 2 day entry
Kids 5-11: $5 per day
Kids 4 & under: Free
Racers + 1 are Free (At The Gate)
Pit Pass: $15

Weekend Racing: $35 (Includes pit pass, race fees, and scoring fee)
Additional class fee: $10

Information for everyone coming out to Lancaster on Saturday:
You will enter through the pit gate.
We will be parking on the outside pits: on the backstretch, just before the track entrance.
You will register to race with us, NO CHARGE.
We will have our races during their intermission! Lancaster Motor Speedway Caskey/Munn will be providing trophies to our racing classes in victory lane!

Bring those mowers out this coming Saturday to Lancaster Motor Speedway Caskey/Munn!!!

This Saturday night, March 28th, the “fastest half-mile dirt track in the south,” Lancaster Motor Speedway, will be back in action with the weekend warriors of the Saturday Night Lights Weekly Series as they kick off weekly competition.

We’ll see five divisions of intense racing action take to the track as teams look to dial in their cars ahead of the points chase. Every lap matters early, and drivers will be pushing to start the year strong and chase victory around the half mile.

Joining the program, the NLMRC will make its debut appearance, bringing high-speed mower racing to the track for the first time.

The card for this weekend includes:

• Oval Outlaws
• Extreme 4
• NLMRC Mowers

We are racing today! We are aware that there is a small chance of showers right at 6pm, but we have a great track crew that will get the track rolled back in quickly. This is a double points race for our racers. They have came in from all across the country, and even Canada to do battle right here in Great Falls, South Carolina! Dont miss out!

We will have Bottle Cap BBQ & Seafood Catering Company serving up dinner this evening, and Spike's Pork Skins & Boiled Peanuts cooking up fresh skins and peanuts all day.
