Well the 2023 racing season has officially came to an end. Last weekend I was fortunate enough to get to race a b-mod along with a street stock. Friday night I went from 8th to 2nd in my first ever b-mod main event. In the street stock I was running mid pack when the rear end failed sending us sideways in front of another car and ending our night. We thrashed on the car Saturday morning to get it ready for the races again. Vance Lorenz was the only reason the street stock made it out to the track Saturday. Saturday we went from 12th to 8th in the b-mod and started 1st, spun out and drove back to 5th in the street stock.

What a season it was. We were able to take home track championship at both Big Sky Speedway and Electric City Speedway in the compact. We also went back to back winning state for the compacts. We fished strong with 4th in points at Big Sky in the street stock.

Thank you so much to all of my sponsors,family and friends that help year after year!! A special shout out to my dad who drives me all the way across the state each weekend so I can put the pedal to the metal. Till next year..... Kachow

Last weekend was a busy one for Lorenz Racing. We took off and ran Belgrade Friday night and finished 5th in the main in Thunder. We then took off for Billings were I competed in Lightning and the BEER car. Brooklyn Lorenz gave the compacts a try in Thunder. I finished 5th in the BEER car main. After the closest finish possible (a bumber) with Kory Pritchett, and a unfortunate motor malfunction from Cody Cassiday ,I took home win #5 of the season in Lightning. Brooklyn did great for her first time out picked up an 8th place finish and the car is in 1 peice. We also took home track championship in the compact and rookie of the year and 5th place in the Street stock. We only got one more goal to cap off the year.

The amazing people that help me out week in and week out are the best people in the world.

Well the job finally got done at Big Sky Speedway. It was a hectic weekend running 2 cars but it was well worth it!

This past Saturday was full of friends, family, and memories! With 6 cars in the "Lorenz" family, the worst finish was 5th! Congrats to Rod Lorenz and Joe Hudson on the wins! My car was on rails and did my best but came home 2nd. Look out for us at the tracks this weekend and stop by and say hi (Tentatively Billings Friday night and Great Falls Saturday night).
