SRCA TRACK RULES WILL BE ENFORCED DURING Rocky Mountain Race Week RACES.
SRCA is a NHRA sanctioned track and we have to abide by their rules and the rules set in place by our insurance company for the safety of our racers, spectators, and volunteers. Please if you haven't gone to the Srca Dragstrip website yet check it out and familiarize yourself with our rules. Listed are some of the rules that will be enforced during the day. A warning will be given for the first offense, any other offense after such warning will result in having to leave the premises and not being allowed to race.
* No one under the age of 16 is allowed to operate any motorized vehicle
*Only 2 people in addition to the driver will be allowed to enter the restricted area. Only 1 person in addition to the driver will be allowed to enter onto the starting line. Once your driver has made their pass you must leave the restricted area immediately
* We will not allow people to gather in the restricted areas, if the crowd gets to where we can't control the situation racing will be halted until all have dispersed.
*Pit vehicles are not allowed in the staging areas, all pit vehicles must be parked behind a fenced area.
*There is a 20 mph speed limit in the pits.
*Armory property:All of the area (six acres) leased to the Armory, including the grass, is OFF LIMITS TO ALL VEHICLES. Also no camping on such property.
Thank you for your consideration in abiding by these rules, remember there will be a lot of spectators walking the facility please keep an eye out for them also when driving to the lanes. We are excited to be hosting Rocky Mountain Race Week again and can't wait to enjoy some racing at SRCA Dragstrip.
