🍷Sip, Stroll & Support Local Art at the Great Bend Wine Walk! 🍷
Join us June 5 | 5:00–8:00 PM at Kustom Floor during the Great Bend Wine Walk and stop by to enjoy a beautiful display of creativity from our Great Bend Rec Watercolor classes!

More than 150 watercolor pieces will be on display and available for purchase, featuring artwork from our talented students:

🎾 No morning tennis lessons today. The first class will now be tomorrow morning.
⚾️🥎 No Mikey Mantle or Ponytail games scheduled at Vets West or Vets South due to wet/muddy field conditions. All games at the Sports Complex are on as scheduled.

Think you’ve got the lucky lure? 👀 Grab your fishing pole and head to Stone Lake or Vet’s Lake for a chance to reel in a TAGGED FISH and win prizes!
With help from the Kansas Wildlife & Parks Department, the Great Bend Rec has tagged 20 fish in EACH lake this May.
🏆 If you catch a tagged fish:
📸 Take a photo of you and the fish
📧 E-mail the photo and tag number to [email protected]
🎁 Wait to hear how to claim your prize!
Prizes may include:
🎣 Fishing tackle
🧢 Outdoor gear
💳 Gift cards
…and more!
After recording the tag number, you can release the fish or keep it — your choice!
⚠️ All participants must follow Kansas fishing regulations and licensing requirements set by the Kansas Wildlife & Parks Department.
