KidModz Racing Series

KidModz Racing Series KidModz is geared towards kids 8-16 interested in dirt modified racing and is affiliated with DIRTca The series is designed to start and keep kids in our sport.

With this series, we will be building the next generation of Modified and Late Model drivers. Our intentions are to start kids with either quarter midget, go-kart, 4-cylinder, or even no driving experience, and put them through a training and testing session before being certified to race. The main goal for this series is to give the kids the experience they need before moving up the ladder. The l

evel of experience may vary from kid to kid. It’s up to the family when the racer moves on. There is no limit or no set time a kid driver must stay in the series, except that the driver can only drive KidModz until he/she turns 16 years of age.

It's race day for the Kidmodz Racing Series. Series makes it's first of three stops this year at the Highland Speedway. Weather is great and so will be the racing.

2025 Rule book will be current rules plus the following changes for 2026.

Sec 1 General Rules and Procedures.

- No signal sticks, glow sticks, bright tape or any other signaling devices on outside of the track or on infield.

- Penalty 1st offense person signaling will be asked to leave for remainder of the night if caught during feature will not be allowed to attend next event. And driver will lose all points for that race.

-2nd offense 2 race suspension of person signaling and loss of 2 nights of points for driver.

-3rd offense team is suspended for the remainder of season and loss off all points for the season.

Sec 3 Frames, Rollcages, Bumpers

Side door bar and rear loop bumpers are optional.
Highly recommend.

Sec 12.1 Shocks. New additions

Afco 14 and 79 series
BSB 15 series
Qa1 26 series

Sec 15. Bodies

Left rear quarter panel can be made of plastic.
Left door is to remain made out of aluminum.

Sec 16 Engines

For 2.3L or 4.3L Carburator update

- No super bowls
- No xp carbs
- Willy's external adjustable jet and aluminum metering block is legal.
- Willy's carburetor rollover plate Part number
Wcd4000 is recommended.
- Willy's carburetor throttle return spring kit part number Wcd251 is highly recommended.

*** Reason for no signal sticks. Drivers need to be paying attention to driving. Not looking up at the catch fence or infield this is for all drivers safety. ***

Was a issue at end of season with one team using signal sticks and multiple drivers look up. This is a big safety issue.

Tonight we will honor the top 3 in track points at the Charleston Speedway for KidModz Racing Series . Congratulations to Brenden Heizer on winning his second track championship. We also congratulation to Brody Brandon on second and Ransom Lugge on third.

Tomorrow nights Kidmodz Racing Series race will be a regular night of racing. With series director not being able to attend due to family matters. The Kidmodz Racing Series 2025 has come to a conclusion. Please show up and support Tri City Speedway tomorrow night. Thanks to all the teams
