This is #399. She was the most beloved Grizzly Bear in the Yellowstone/ Teton area. Every spring she had 2,3 and more cubs for everyone to ooo and ahh about. Sadly, #399 passed away a few years ago. This is my commemorative painting of her. You can see her tomorrow at the Lovells Bridge Walk. See you there.

Just picked these paintings up from the Uncommon Ranch. They were on display for their "Art in Bloom" event. You get another opportunity to see them in person this Saturday at the Lovells Bridge Walk. Come have some fun, have some food, buy some stuff and do a good deed for the Lovells Township Fire Department because they do a lot for us. See you there.

The Lovells Bridge Walk is coming August 15th and I will have a table filled with artwork for sale again this year. I will be posting images of artwork that will be available for purchase the day of the event. This painting is titled “The Lovells Bear”. The reference photo used was posted on the Lovells Group page on Facebook this past spring. I don’t know who posted it but I’m hoping the bear will become famous. The purpose of the Lovells Bridge Walk is to raise funds for the Lovells Fire Department. A very worthwhile event. See you soon.
