I developed this workshop last year but the pandemic put it on hold.

Honestly, I learned the handspring pretty easily...on my strong side. It took me much longer to learn it on my weaker side. This workshop is great for beginners and intermediate students. We will be working on drills to strengthen and protect your shoulders, use different grips, learn some low flow hand/elbow stands, and discuss spotting.
