Here: Twenty-five years.
The other day, Bill and I found ourselves reminiscing about where all of this began. Somewhere between talking about old sites, old friends, impossible deadlines, and the countless stories we've collected over the years, it hit us...
This year marks the 25th anniversary of Renaissance Productions.
Twenty-five years ago, we set out to create more than just a Renaissance Faire. We wanted to build a place where people could step away from everyday life for a little while—a place where families could make memories, performers could share their talents, artisans could showcase their craft, guilds could find a home, and complete strangers could become lifelong friends.
We never imagined how many lives this little dream would touch, or how many incredible people would become part of it.
We've watched children who came to the Faire in strollers return years later in costume with children of their own. We've celebrated weddings, welcomed new guilds and performers, laughed through muddy weekends, weathered impossible challenges, and somehow always found our way back to opening the gates one more time.
None of it would have been possible without all of you.
To every volunteer who gave up a weekend, every vendor who believed in us, every performer who brought magic to the stage, every guild member who made our villages come alive, every staff member who worked behind the scenes, every sponsor and community partner, and every guest who chose to spend a day with us...

You are the reason Renaissance Productions has been able to do what we love for a quarter of a century.
As we celebrate our 25th year, we're not just looking back—we're looking forward. There are still new stories to tell, new memories to make, and new adventures waiting just beyond the castle gates.
