Easy Lush Dessert Recipes

Coconut Cream Lush Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 box (11 oz) vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
- 1 (8 oz) container cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut, divided
Serves: 12 | Chill Time: 2 hours
How to Make: Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or use a glass dessert dish for easy layering. Crush the vanilla wafer cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin, then press them firmly into the bottom of the dish to create an even crust. Refrigerate the crust for 15–20 minutes to help it firm up. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy, then gradually pour in the sweetened condensed milk while mixing until creamy and completely combined. Fold in half of the shredded coconut and half of the whipped topping using a spatula, mixing gently to maintain a light texture. Spread the creamy coconut mixture evenly over the chilled cookie crust, smoothing the surface with a spatula. Carefully spread the remaining whipped topping over the cream cheese layer. Toast the remaining coconut in a dry skillet over medium-low heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring constantly until lightly golden, then allow it to cool completely before sprinkling over the dessert. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably 4 hours for firmer slices. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Key Lime Pie Lush Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 box (13.5 oz) graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) container cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup key lime juice
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 tsp finely grated lime zest, optional
Serves: 12 | Chill Time: 2 hours
How to Make: Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish and set it aside. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter, stirring until the crumbs are evenly moistened and resemble wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the dish using the back of a spoon or measuring cup, then refrigerate for 15–20 minutes. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth and free of lumps. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and continue beating until the mixture becomes thick and creamy. Slowly pour in the key lime juice while mixing on low speed until fully incorporated and slightly thickened. Spread the lime filling evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust, making sure it reaches the corners. Gently spread the thawed whipped topping over the filling, creating a smooth, fluffy top layer. Sprinkle freshly grated lime zest over the surface for extra citrus flavor and a fresh appearance. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm enough to slice. For the cleanest squares, chill for 4 hours and wipe the knife between cuts. Serve cold.

Blueberry Delight Lush Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 box (13.5 oz) graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) container cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (21 oz) can blueberry pie filling
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
Serves: 12 | Chill Time: 2 hours
How to Make: Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl, stirring thoroughly until all the crumbs are coated. Press the crumb mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the dish to form a sturdy crust, then refrigerate for 15–20 minutes. In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. Slowly add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until the filling is creamy and no lumps remain. Gently fold half of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture to create a lighter, mousse-like consistency. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the chilled crust using a spatula. Spoon the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, distributing the blueberries evenly across the surface. Carefully spread the remaining whipped topping over the blueberry layer, or reserve the blueberry filling as the final topping for a colorful presentation. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably 4 hours, to allow the layers to firm up. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Pistachio Lush Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 box (13.5 oz) graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) container cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- ½ cup chopped pistachios
- 2 cups cold milk, for preparing the pudding
Serves: 12 | Chill Time: 2 hours
How to Make: Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish and set it aside. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the dish to form a compact crust. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes while preparing the filling. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, then gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully incorporated. Spread this cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust. In a separate bowl, whisk the instant pistachio pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk for approximately 2 minutes until thickened. Allow the pudding to stand for 5 minutes, then carefully spread it over the cream cheese layer. Gently spread the thawed whipped topping over the pudding, smoothing it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios across the top, distributing them evenly for added crunch and nutty flavor. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably 4 hours, until the layers are well set. Cut into neat squares and serve chilled.

Lemon Lush Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 box (11 oz) shortbread cookie crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) container cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups cold milk, for preparing the pudding
- 1 tsp lemon zest, optional
Serves: 12 | Chill Time: 2 hours
How to Make: Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easier serving. Place the shortbread cookie crumbs in a bowl, pour in the melted butter, and stir until the crumbs are evenly moistened. In another bowl, whisk the instant lemon pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk for about 2 minutes until it begins to thicken. Let the pudding rest for 5 minutes, then carefully spread it over the cream cheese layer. Top with the thawed whipped topping, smoothing it gently without disturbing the pudding underneath. How to Make: Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside. Crush the vanilla wafer cookies into fine crumbs and press them firmly into the bottom of the dish to form an even base. In a separate bowl, whisk the instant orange pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk for approximately 2 minutes until thick and creamy. Allow the pudding to stand for 5 minutes, then carefully spread it over the cream cheese layer. Gently spread the thawed whipped topping over the orange pudding, creating a fluffy, even finish.
