Turning Pointe is looking for dedicated and passionate dance instructors to join our teaching staff for both our recreational and competitive dance programs. We are looking for instructors who are committed to providing quality dance education, developing strong technique, and creating a positive and professional learning environment for our dancers.
Qualifications:
- A strong dance background and knowledge of proper technique.
- A passion for working with dancers of various ages and skill levels.
- Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills.
- The ability to create a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment.
- Competitive team instructors must have prior teaching experience and experience working with competitive dancers.
- Candidates will be required to shadow at the studio prior to job offer.
