Hand-crocheted and hand-printed on recycled burlap coffee sacks, each bag is finished with beautiful African beads.

This painting is part of a series I created during an artist residency in Arroyo Hondo, near Taos. Spending a month immersed in the magic of that extraordinary place changed something in me. Its landscapes, light, and quiet beauty stayed with me long after I left—and inspired me to move to New Mexico the following year.
