Social anxiety isn’t a flaw.
It’s resistance — and resistance is how we get stronger.
You want real connection and belonging, but showing up can still feel hard.
I used to avoid people for years. Extremely reclusive, painfully shy. Then I started treating my social life like fitness: one small rep at a time.
Short conversations. Saying yes. Staying a little longer even when it felt uncomfortable.
Over time the pressure became strength, and connection started to feel natural.
Today’s practice:
Do one “social rep.”
Reach out, start a conversation, or stay present a little longer than usual.
Feel the pressure, breathe through it, and celebrate the effort.
Your relationships are worth training for.
Live Limitless.
