There is something so beautiful about a community choosing to create something together.

This weekend I had the privilege of being part of the fair in Drain, Oregon, and my heart is so full. From the talented vendors sharing their gifts, to families making memories, to watching the princesses walk across the stage and seeing one young woman crowned queen—it was a reminder that moments like these are woven together by so many hearts saying “yes” to showing up.

Life even handed me a little adventure. About two hours into my drive, I realized I had left all of my face paints at home. 😅 So… four hours of driving later, I finally made it back to the fair.

Oddly enough, I’m grateful it happened.

Those extra miles gave me unexpected time alone—to think, to breathe, to laugh at myself, and to remember that sometimes the detours become part of the gift. Not every inconvenience has to steal our joy. Sometimes it simply offers us a different perspective.

Thank you to everyone who poured their heart into making this fair possible and to every smiling face that stopped by my chair. It is such an honor to do what I love while witnessing communities come alive.

Here’s to beautiful people, unexpected adventures, and finding gratitude in all of it. 🤍✨

✨🌸 Rapunzel after the haircut. 🌸✨

Today I had the joy of bringing Rapunzel to life at Concerts in the Park. One of my favorite things about her story isn’t the long hair—it’s the reminder that who we are is so much bigger than what we look like.

Paintbrushes, flowers, sunshine, laughter, and a park full of families… a pretty magical way to spend the day. 💜
