🍔 EFFERVESCENT TAKEOVER: TERI’S ROUTE 66 DINER! 🍟
Our next Effervescent Takeover is officially on the calendar, and this one is going to look a little different!

📅 Thursday, October 15
⏰ 6:30 PM–8:30 PM
📍 Teri’s Route 66 Diner

This time, we’re leaving the dancing shoes at home. There won’t be a dance floor or line dancing. This Takeover is simply about doing what these nights were created to do: show up, fill some seats, enjoy a meal together, and support another local business right here in our community. ❤️

Teri’s has put together a special $13 limited menu for us:
🍔 Farmhouse Burger + French Fries
🥓 Bacon Cheeseburger + French Fries
🍔 Route 66 Burger + French Fries
🐷 Pork Tenderloin + French Fries
🥩 Philly Steak + French Fries
🥗 Salad with your choice of Fried Chicken, Grilled Chicken, or Steak, topped with egg, tomato, onion and cheese, with your choice of French, Italian, or Ranch dressing

Want to make your burger a double? Add just $2! Desserts will also be available for purchase. 🍰

No preorder or advance payment is necessary. Everyone will simply order and pay when they arrive.

We would LOVE to pack out Teri’s and show them some Effervescent love! If you plan on joining us, please message Michael and let him know how many will be attending with you so we can keep an estimated headcount.

One little note: Michael will be on vacation over the coming week, so if you send a message and don’t hear back immediately, don’t worry! He’ll respond as soon as he returns home. ❤️

Each sheet shows that week’s classes, times, and prices. Find your week, pick a class, and make a little room for yourself on the calendar. 🧡

Come dance, stretch, sweat, or try something you’ve been curious about. Bring a friend or come meet a few!

A little thank you before a very big adventure! ✈️💙

Thank you all for being patient with me as I prepare for my first vacation out of the country! Between getting the studio ready and making sure I’ve got everything packed, my mind has been in about twelve places at once. 😂

I’ll be away beginning early Thursday, October 1, through October 13, soaking in the Mediterranean with Alex and some dear friends.

I’m so excited to experience a new part of the world, take a moment to breathe, and enjoy time with the people I love. There was a time when a trip like this felt far beyond anything I could imagine for my life. Getting to do it today fills me with gratitude.

Thank you for the love, encouragement, and understanding as I give myself a little room to rest and explore. Our wonderful instructors will keep the scheduled classes going while I’m away, so keep showing up and enjoying yourselves!

I’ll be back with stories, pictures, and probably a few new dance moves. 🌊🕺

October is almost here, and our updated calendar is ready! 🎃🍂 We’ve got dancing, fitness, a dinner takeover, and plenty of reasons to spend a little time together this fall.

Mondays: Pound with Megan is at 7:15 PM on October 5, 12, 19, and 26. My first Monday night dance class back will be October 19 at 7 PM, when we’ll have one final Nightclub Two-Step class to recap everything we’ve covered. If you’ve taken the earlier classes, come put those steps together with me!

Then Swing begins October 26 at 7 PM. We’ll carry it through November for six weeks of Swing. 💃🕺

Tuesdays: Burlesque with Miss Chi-Chi is at 6 PM on October 6, 13, 20, and 27.

Wednesdays: Zumba with Paulette is at 7:15 PM on October 7, 14, 21, and 28.

Thursdays: Start the day with Yoga with Mandy at 10 AM, then join UPLIFT at 6 PM every Thursday. At 7:15 PM, it’s AMPD Kickboxing on October 1, 15, and 29, or PomSquad on October 8 and 22.

And on Thursday, October 15 at 6:30 PM, we’re taking over Teri’s Diner for a night of food and community! 🍽️

Fridays: Line Dance with me is at 7 PM on October 16, 23, and 30. There are no group classes on October 2 or 9.

Saturdays: Zumba with Paulette is at 9 AM every Saturday. UPLIFT is also at 10 AM on October 3, 17, and 31.

I’ll be out of town October 2 through 12, so private lessons resume October 13. The other instructors will keep the classes listed on the calendar going while I’m away.

Tonight we wrap up our month of Nightclub Two-Step and bring everything we’ve learned together on the dance floor!

Please note that tonight’s class is intended for dancers who have attended at least one or two of the previous classes. Since we’ll be building on steps already taught, this is not recommended as a first-time drop-in class.
