Summer is officially here, and so are our new hours at the Outdoor Recreation & Wellness Center!

Starting this Thursday, we're giving you more time to get outside and play.

⏰ Summer Hours:
Thursday – Saturday: 10 AM – 4 PM
Sunday: Noon – 4 PM

Come hang out and enjoy paddling, bouldering, archery, and air rifle! Plus, we’re fully stocked with bait for your next fishing trip and ice cream to beat the heat. See you soon! 😎

Calling all summer adventurers!

Join us for our June Summer Skills Series for ages 10-16 at the Jester Park Outdoor Recreation and Wellness Center. Each session is $10 per student, you can sign your adventurer up for one class or join us for all of them.

Today we’re proud to announce the official launch of the Conservation Foundation of Polk County (CFPC), a new nonprofit partner leading fundraising efforts to improve parks and trails, bolster programs, and power restoration work.

When you support CFPC, you become a force for nature, standing alongside the people who protect wildlife habitat, maintain local parks, improve water quality, and make the outdoors accessible for everyone.
