Hello All....I am starting my next journey into making Pure Vanilla. I am going to start the process soon and it takes 1 year for a gallon of Pure Vanilla. I am using Madagascar Vanilla beans and Voldka or Rum. Not sure yet but I am starting it soon. I will Bottle and sell the Pure Vanilla next October.
