In order to expand - we need more people. Veterans Creative Arts is looking for 2 good veterans in town/cities in Michigan to help establish a VetACon program in their area..
1. Captain - We need a veteran who will step up to get the places. They will talk to different areas: DAV, VFW, Legion, etc.. to get an event started at their location.. This person needs to be very sociable oriented and have the charisma to talk to others. Show them that VetACon is all about helping veterans in their community.
2.) First Sergeant - once the shows/events have been established - then it is up to the First Sergeant to organize and plan for that event. Getting people to sign up - coordinate with the Captain; finding out what the place is going to charge per booth and how to be able to maximize the capacity.
The Captain once a place is confirmed and the First Sergeant is informed, he/she will relate that event to the Colonel/Founder of VetAcon to place on the website, page, other social media. If the Colonel does NOT have an event booked for that particular date then the Colonel can also be a part of that event, but either way it is the Colonel's responsibility that the Captain has the resources needed.
