for the members - the banners are the property of the artist. Any referrals/references that is given by an artist about this society is the sole property of this society to use to market, and promote this society. References/referrals are submitted freely from the artists or other persons/organizations freely and of their own accord. Once submitted they become the property of WBPAS.

In order to expand - we need more people. Veterans Creative Arts is looking for 2 good veterans in town/cities in Michigan to help establish a VetACon program in their area..
1. Captain - We need a veteran who will step up to get the places. They will talk to different areas: DAV, VFW, Legion, etc.. to get an event started at their location.. This person needs to be very sociable oriented and have the charisma to talk to others. Show them that VetACon is all about helping veterans in their community.
2.) First Sergeant - once the shows/events have been established - then it is up to the First Sergeant to organize and plan for that event. Getting people to sign up - coordinate with the Captain; finding out what the place is going to charge per booth and how to be able to maximize the capacity.

The Captain once a place is confirmed and the First Sergeant is informed, he/she will relate that event to the Colonel/Founder of VetAcon to place on the website, page, other social media. If the Colonel does NOT have an event booked for that particular date then the Colonel can also be a part of that event, but either way it is the Colonel's responsibility that the Captain has the resources needed.

I generally give this Award out to Veterans who have shown leadership in the Creative Arts - THIS is the ONLY time I have awarded a NON Veteran this award. This gentleman has stepped up to the plate every time he has been called. He has faithfully took the 11th hour watch with no hesitation. He has shown the type of leadership in not only his works, but his faith. To Mr. Greg Chapin Joens I hereby award you the Captain Lea Ball Award of Excellence.
