A glimpse into my afternoon painting at one of my favorite trails! 💗 Such a special day talking with people who passed by, listening to the birds, watching all the deer cross by, foraging mushrooms, smelling all the flowers, & of course painting my favorite plants.

I kept this tiny, genuine reaction to my paintings in the video because it warmed my heart so much. Such a kind gesture to compliment my quick sketches. 🥰 It made me feel so great the rest of the day!

Rewards for my snail mail club during the month of May!✨

This mail club has been such a sweet gift for me to send out so many envelopes over the last 5 months! 🥹 It truly means the world to slow down, write letters, share what’s going on in my life or cool nature based ideas I think others will enjoy to read about & prepare brand new, limited prints.

This club has inspired me to keep creating new artwork & supports me in such a big way when being a full time artist seems tougher these days. It brings me soo much joy & I’m honored people trust me to send them mail each month. 💗

The best nature walk yesterday! Got caught in some light rain while walking around a really cool nature preserve for 3 hours & I noticed so many magical things! 🌱

Progression of this ‘moths of Michigan’ painting 🥹 swipe to the end to see it nearly finished!
I am on the very last moth to paint & I’m procrastinating a little bit by making this post because I chose the most detailed moth for the center of this piece. I’m so excited to see it completed but also nervous about completing this painting that I’ve been slowly pouring love into for the last 6 months.

Any guesses who is going to be the big, beautiful focus in the center??

I’ve been working on getting ready for a string of summer events 🌞 here is what my schedule is looking like!! I’ve been framing a bunch of beautiful original artworks that I worked on tucked away all winter. 🌱

It’s making me so excited to see all of you again! This year, I’m so thankful I will be able to travel to new places. Way more work to prepare for than ever before but I’m so thankful for this season already!! 💗
