The Michigan Ballet Academy (MBA) is a not-for-profit arts organization offering the highest quality classical ballet training using the Vaganova training method. Vaganova is acknowledged around the world as the foremost training program for classical ballet. MBA is striving to make and currently consists of 3 main divisions: Children's Movement, Adult Movement, and our Pre-Professio
nal Program. The focus of the Children's Movement classes is to introduce children to a classroom environment while building body awareness, musicality, flexibility, and coordination. Children between the ages of 2-5 can expect to make friends and gain a lifelong love of movement! Our Pre-Professional Program is aimed to further Children's dance education into high school, resulting in strong, confident dancers ready to step into college, a professional company setting, or just the world at large. Lastly, our Adult Movement Classes offer adults a new opportunity to rekindle an old love, find joy in movement, or just take an awesome workout class.
