Pat B pieced this quilt for a wedding gift, very thoughtfully done with embroidery details. Each star block got a point to point motif created using rulers and feathering in the blue background. Just a little meandering done in the embroidery blocks so the words pop instead of getting hidden by the quilting. Thank You Pat!

Kathryn M. pieced this beautiful Gypsy Wife quilt. With all the brightly colored blocks they all got different motifs. And in the white striped background I stitched in the ditch. Very cool Thank you Kathryn

Linda J. Pieced this cute wall hanging using this more modern panel. I used a black thread to accent the black lines in the panel. And in the outer boarder I let the dots wave out to the edge keeping it simple but still giving some motion. Thank you Linda love the panel

Pat J. Pieced this log cabin wall hanging and wool appliqué as the focus for each block. I put more feathers into the grey background and instead of just ditching around the wool appliqué I also added extra straight line quilting to give the wool some pop off the background. Thank you Pat!

Karen B. Made this cute wall hanging for the second time. Still just as cute. I meandered and stitched in the ditch around the wool appliqué. In the sashing/boarder I used the pattern of the fabric to make little snowflakes. Thank you Karen

Pat M. Brought me this sunbonnet sue quilt. I meandered and stitched in the ditch around the appliqués, that makes it pop off the quilt. In the sashing I did a vine with leaves. Thank you Pat

Kim A.made this fun Lama! This was going to made into a pillow so I wanted to make the quilting look soft. Keeping most of the quilting round helped accomplish this. With pebbling in the background and using rulers to create the perfect circle of circles in the focal fabric. In the lamas I gave her little pearls and a little definition in the fur to give her texture. I especially loved the little eye lashes I gave her. Thank You Kim!!

Nancy M.made this super cute Christmas wall hanging. I gave the dark winter sky a swirly windy look. Around all of her beautiful wool appliqué I ditched to make them pop. In the snow covered ground I tried to give it a little dimension. The outer plaid boarder I just followed the lines of the fabric. Thank You for sharing Nancy!

Jill H. paper pieced this masterpiece! I love the pattern and all the colors. The background filler is a tighter swirl and every compass is slightly different. Some needed to be ditched and others I played in and out of each peek. There is honestly so much detail in this quilt that I feel my picture don’t really show how beautiful it is. Thank You Jill !!
