Join us for a very special workshop and panel on Saturday at 12:30pm in the Koning MicroCinema at the ᴡᴇᴀʟᴛʜʏ ᴛʜᴇᴀᴛʀᴇ !

Cans Film Festival founder Trần Hoàng Calvin will open with a presentation on the state of the independent filmmaking landscape, then will be joined by Michigan filmmakers Sara Fletcher , Matt Cunningham, and William Baker for an insightful conversation on how we can build local filmmaking careers here in Michigan.

The Cans Film Festival at Wealthy Theatre will include more than 15 short films and four feature-length projects over its two days of screenings.

Here is the schedule for the Wege Auditorium and Koning MicroCinema -- for clarification, the Wealthy Theatre has two screens -- the Wege Auditorium is the main theater and the Koning MicroCinema is a more intimate screening room -- both are inside the same building!
