I can’t say enough about my teams on B93.7 and Star 105.7. Over the last 2 days they put in a tremendous effort and raised $601,374 for the Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital. Thank you to all who donated and helped spread the word. Also to the staff at the HDVCH Foundation who work tirelessly all year long to ensure the children who have a need to visit are well taken care of.

I love my job. 363 days of the year, it's all about having fun...meeting new people, hanging with old friends, concerts, events and so much more.

The other 2 days of the year mean the most to me. Today begins our Kids Count Radiothon benefitting Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. Some people have to travel across the country to get world class care, we are thankful that we have one right here in our backyard.

A lot of people are under the assumption that insurance will cover everything, and nothing could be further from the truth. Some equipment, treatments, and activities are not covered. Listen to B-93 today and tomorrow and learn more about Helen DeVos Children's Hospital and the incredible job that they do. I know I could never do what they do. I'm not strong enough.
