New Work November!

Calling local playwrights and performers! At this month's assembly, we want to help bring new works to life. If you've been working on a new project we'd love to do table reads of a 5-10 minute scene. Then we can discuss next steps for your project; whether that be a workshop performance, or a full scale production- we're here to help you make it happen!

Assembly meetings are free of charge- we just ask that you RSVP so we know how many to expect. We can't build a theatrical third space without you and hope to see you there.

Join us for our next Monthly Theatre Assembly on October 19th at Fountain Street Church around 6:30PM. This Month's Theatre Assembly is a Community Roundtable all about the creative and practical process of producing an existing show (play/musical).

Whether you’re ready to pass on your knowledge or just beginning your producing journey, this conversation will help strengthen our community’s shared understanding of how theatre happens. Bring your questions, your stories, and your curiosity—everyone has something to contribute.

This discussion will focus on the elements behind the scenes that goes into a production. We'll learn from one another and share from experience and answer questions from those hoping to gain knowledge.

Katherine Mayberry of Pigeon Creek Shakespeare Company is going to be speaking about Creating Cooperative Arts Ecosystems. In a time where funding struggles and a social climate that devalues the arts can make arts organizations feel they are working in isolation and competition, let's talk about ways to support each other's work!

It is so fun to see the vibrant theatre community coming to life in the summer time!
