RECOVERY ISN'T ALWAYS FLATTERING 😵💫

The real work begins this month. Training is fun, marathons are heroic, but getting your body back in working condition is the true test of patience and will. This month we'll be cutting out running and adding in daily yoga, while trying to keep the step count up and gently work our way back into lifting. Doing some cherrypicking of yoga vids on YouTube, which I'll be sharing in the discord each day.

This Winter is gonna be a lot of fun- but only if 😏 don't let the unflattering moments take your progress from you. Take the time to recharge before you dive in head first. Whether that's school, work, quitting smoking, losing weight, whatever it is. Set yourself up for success and keep the end in mind.
