Tenemos este fin de semana disponible por si acaso tu fiesta se hunde com la lluvia 🙏
BREAKING: A level 3/4 MODERATE risk for excessive rainfall has been outlined for both WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY this week for North Texas. Outlining a moderate risk this far out is pretty rare, indicating the Weather Prediction Center is confident in numerous flash flooding events with significant impacts to life and property possible.
A level 4/4 high risk is not off the table as more data comes in on where exactly the highest totals set up, but for now, anyone in the red zone has the potential to see significant flooding. Low lying areas, areas with the driest soil, and burn scars are at greatest risk. Most of North Texas will see 1-2”, with a handful of us seeing 4”, and a 25% chance of some locations seeing 8” of rain. The heaviest rain starts Wednesday night.
Stay updated as this forecast and where the highest totals set up may change rapidly.
