The GLMRD Nordic Center is a full-service, outdoor winter destination featuring our ski and snowshoe rentals, lessons, a retail shop, and a winter soup kitchen at the Lodge.Enjoy the scenic views of Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest at the Grand Lake Nordic Center. We offer the beginner to advanced skier a variety of terrain on 35 km of classic and skate skiing trails.

The terrain and trails are also excellent for snowshoeing, and we have a dedicated dog loop and kid's tubing hill!

Good news! This last snow has given us enough to open a few trails. Opening day is going to be Thursday 1/8. Sly Fox restaurant will remain closed for construction.

3/22 All trails were groomed overnight & the snow storm has finally stopped. We have RE-GROOMED Winters Way, columbine & Randall’s Romp this afternoon. Please keep in mind grooming the ski trails takes 6.1/2 hours. We cannot control wind & snow events covering our fresh grooming.
