AUDITION ANNOUNCEMENT!

Want to be a part of Get Uncomfortable's final show of the season? Are you interested in exploring an experimental take on one of Shakespeare's most iconic plays?

We're holding auditions for A MIDSOMMAR Night's Dream, a folk horror reimagining of Shakespeare's classic fae wedding comedy.

Auditions are Friday, August 28 at 6:00 pm at Uncanny Valley Art Gallery (514 Main St). Feel free to prep a monologue if you're so inclined, but we will provide sides in the coming week for auditions.

This is going to be a wild, joyful experience as we work together to find the culty weirdness inside this play. If you're even a little bit interested, please come out, we'd love to see you!

Three Sisters will be holding auditions for Carol’s Christmas, a feminist retelling of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol!

We’re looking for people with women’s lived experiences to share their talent and their sparkle with us, regardless of experience. We want dancers, singers, actors, comedians, clowns, puppeteers, etc to come show us what you’ve got!

Audition forms and information are available on our website. Help us to build our community and make magic this holiday season!

Auditions can be so nerve wracking, but they don’t have to be. The best advice I’ve ever received is that the casting person WANTS to cast you. They want you to be amazing because that will just make their project that much grander!

So, please, if you’re considering coming out and auditioning for Carol’s Christmas, know that we can’t wait to cheer you on. We are SO EXCITED to make something incredible with YOU. And we can’t do that if you don’t come out!
