🎤 Think you need a great voice to sing barbershop?

Not necessarily!

One of the most important skills in barbershop is learning to listen. You listen to the singers around you, to your part, and to how all the voices fit together.

Good barbershop singing takes practice, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. That's part of the fun!

And sometimes, the best way to learn is simply to jump in and give it a try. 🎶

🎶 Tuesday night means singing!

While most of you are winding down your day, the Bookcliff Barbershop Harmony Chorus will be getting together to do what we love - making music!

Our regular rehearsal is Tuesday evening from 6:30–9:00 PM. And you don't have to be an experienced singer to enjoy barbershop. There's always something new to learn, whether you're just getting started or you've been singing for years.

That's one of the things we love about the chorus, we're always learning and improving together.

One of the things we love about barbershop harmony is that moment when four voices come together and the chord seems to take on a life of its own.

Join the Bookcliff Barbershop Harmony Chorus this Thursday evening at Market on Main in downtown Grand Junction!

We'll be singing around 6:30 PM in front of United Country Real Colorado Properties, 428 Main Street.

The Bookcliff Barbershop Harmony Chorus will perform before Fruita's 150/250 Celebration, helping kick off an evening celebrating Colorado's 150th and America's 250th.
