Off to my first day of college. Putting together a Festival and School the same weekend was absolutely insane.
Thanks again to the 120 people who purchased tickets and supported Fifth Annual Grateful Bear Campout and enjoyed All of the people who came to the gate with their free tickets I gave out.
Sound like 90% of our vendors had a great time which is more than what it has been in the past!
Gotta stay positive and keep moving forward.
That is All You Can do and All I have ever done.
I will always learn and keep doing what I have to.
It is just what I do.

Bim and I have been talking, we apologized . So it was never Actually cancelled just the event page got deleted due to some resolved drama.

With that being said.

I will not be refunding any tickets. My event is only refunded if the event ends up not happening.

And all my people keep the event happening .

Proof with pictures etc.

Everything is legal .

I will partial refund vendors tho

So I get inspired by some pretty awesome people.

I have this installment after the BEARSHINE and BOATHENGE stage are finished for the evening ; and the Silent Disco starts + Artemis Fayā€™s Renegade Stage ..

We will be hosting an Open Mic in the forest, itll be hidden and you just gotta poke around.

As you go further in the festival, the event turns into a circus like atmosphere.

If it rains we stay on (unless the band/DJ wants to get off. If itā€™s downpouring 100% calling it until it stops. We will not be damaging any equipment of any Artist or Production Team.)

Any Lightning everyone gets off the stage and we all get to a safe area.

There will be multiple (10-12) buildings / structures on site for any awful or crazy hazardous weather .

Each building fits about 30-50 people .

Planning on est of 500-600 people .
