2027 is filling fast, and we’re already booking weddings and events well into 2028.

It’s so rewarding to see MVP becoming a place where families celebrate some of the biggest moments of their lives. And nothing says it better than hearing from them afterward. ❤️

“My daughter just got married at MVP and we couldn’t have picked a more stunning place. From the beginning Stephen and Mai were amazing. They had preferred vendors, great communication, and were patient with our questions every step of the way.

The venue was spectacular! We rented the bridal suite the night before the wedding and they were so accommodating, letting us bring decorations in early to get settled in. The set up crew was amazing and made sure everything was perfect.

We could not have found a better place for our celebration. Would do it all over again. Save yourself some time and frustration and just book your event with Mai and Stephen at MVP. You will not be disappointed! Loved every minute there!”

As we start to turn the corner on another Colorado summer, the afternoon monsoon patterns have been a welcome change. 🌈

Epic views. Golden cliffs. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. Every season brings something new, and change is definitely in the air!

We've been busy adding many new touches around the property as we gear up for a packed fall season.

2026 Summer kickoff at Castle MVP: mission accomplished!

We welcomed a mix of old friends and new faces for an International Potluck, and the spread did not disappoint (it never does!). From around-the-world favorites to family recipes with stories behind them, the food alone was worth the trip.

Then things got interesting...

What started as a potluck turned into cultural dancing, Zumba, line dancing, and more!

A huge thank you to everyone who brought a dish, shared a tradition, and helped create another one of those evenings that reminds us what MVP is all about..bringing great people together, sharing experiences, and making lasting memories! 🌎🍴💃🕺✨ 🌎🍴💃🕺✨
