Island Strong Music Festival would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Jefferson Parish Councilman Timmy Kerner Jr. and the entire Jefferson Parish Council for securing a generous $75,000 donation to support this year’s festival at the 6/10/26 parish meeting.
This contribution played a significant role in the success of this year’s event and helped elevate the Island Strong Music Festival to an entirely new level.
The support of Jefferson Parish means a great deal to us. It brings tremendous pride to the Town of Grand Isle to know that our parish leaders recognize the importance of events like Island Strong and are willing to invest in our community.
We were also honored to welcome several parish and state leaders to this year’s festival, where they experienced firsthand what Island Strong represents. We look forward to continuing to strengthen these relationships and working together to make the festival bigger and better for Grand Isle and our surrounding communities for years to come.
