🔥And last but certainly not least! Our Contemporary instructor for auditions is Carter! Welcome back to Create, so excited to have you!

Carter Levander is a choreographer, dancer, and instructor passionate about helping dancers grow in both technique and performance quality. With experience teaching competitive dance, choreographing routines, training at Millennium Dance Complex, and working behind the scenes with a regional dance competition, Carter brings creativity, energy, and professionalism to every class and performance.

Next up, Create is so excited to welcome Kaeden who is a master of all things hip hop!

Hey! My name is Kaeden Taylor and I have been dancing for 13 years, and teaching for 4 years. I danced for a competition studio in my early years in South Carolina, and then had the opportunity to move to Omaha, Nebraska, where I’ve taught many different master classes and award winning competition routines not only in Nebraska but in the greater Midwest Area. In April of 2025, I had the opportunity to be casted in a music video for the K-Pop group “RIIZE”, where we filmed in downtown LA for their song “Fly Up”. I believe that passion for dance starts with the teacher, so bringing a high energy, positive environment to a class is essential to bringing more people to the art I’ve devoted my life to!

💃🏻2 weeks til auditions! Time to meet your guest instructors! First up Kate-Lynn , we’re so excited to welcome her back to Create 308!

Kate-Lynn McNamara is a Grand Island native and former Create 308 student who began dancing at age two and spent 13 years on a competitive studio team.

She is currently studying Nutrition, Exercise, and Health Sciences at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where she has spent the past three years as a member of the Husker Scarlets Dance Team. As a Division 1 dancer, Kate-Lynn has performed at numerous Husker athletic events, including performing in front of more than 90,000 fans at Memorial Stadium. Her experience also includes competing at UDA College Nationals and cheering on the Husker Men’s Basketball team at the 2026 NCAA Men’s March Madness Tournament.

In addition to her performance accomplishments, Kate-Lynn has earned Academic All–Big Ten honors (2024) and was named Second Team All–Big Ten (2025).
