, a cup of good coffee, journaling, doodling, sewing, painting, writing, or even just reading a good old book!! Here's the most important thing is taking time for you and not feeling guilty!! Working on yourself is so important. As woman we tend to take care of everything and everyone around us that we tend to lose ourselves and what's important to us! Every woman tends to stress about every daily task. never ending dishes, laundry, vacuuming, taking care of kids, driving kids to activities, and never taking time for themselves for a breather, to eat, to drink, a bathroom break, or even a shower/ bath. Creating that time to just breathe and enjoy you can improve your self esteem, release stress, and help you relax. So I challenge you to take at least 5 minutes for yourself!
