We had so much fun sailing through this painting to celebrate a very special birthday experience! We created a surprise painting party complete with a customized painting to the birthday girl’s tastes. Private painting party classes now available, what’s more fun than getting together with your best friends to throw some paint around??

Throwback Thursday time. I painted this one a few years ago for a collector out of Hawaii. He and his fiancée went scuba diving all the time together, so we pieced together photos from their trips and a shipwreck scene they’ve explored together, and created a painting commemorating all of their Hawaii dive trips they’ve taken together. Shortly after they commissioned this, they had to make a move up to the Pacific Northwest, so the painting was a perfect addition to the new home, commemorating their special moments they had together during their time in Hawaii. I’ve been working on some new pieces the last few months too, presenting ocean life in a new twist. Hit the follow to see what’s next😄

We’re transforming the walls of this train museum into scenes depicting different areas and landmarks of Colorado over the next few months-and recording the history of the Moffat Railroad, which connected Denver to the Pacific Northwest in the early 1900s. This wall shows the scenery behind Fraser and Tabernash, both towns that were built around the railroad industry. Follow along to see the whole room painted out-send a message if you have a wall you’d like to see come to life!
