Apple Tree Arts’ Great Hall is a bright, easy-to-host venue located in Grafton, MA in the heart of Central Massachusetts, inside the historic Town Hall building at One Grafton Common. With 40-foot ceilings, a beautiful foyer staircase for photos, and an open layout that can be styled for everything from elegant celebrations to professional events, the Great Hall is ideal for private parties, performances, workshops, meetings, and community gatherings.

A summer theatre experience for teens ready to dig into powerful storytelling, bold music, and big questions. 🎭

Apple Tree Arts’ Teen Theatre production of Hadestown: Teen Edition is open for students entering grades 8–12.

This two-week summer program invites students into the world of Orpheus, Eurydice, Hades, and Persephone as they explore a story about love, sacrifice, power, hope, and what it means to keep dreaming of a better world.

Along the way, students will build performance skills, deepen their confidence on stage, and work together to bring this dynamic musical to life.

The program runs July 27–August 7, weekdays from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, with performances on Friday, August 7 and Saturday, August 8 at 7:00 PM.

Led by Lisa Scarlett and Emily Stratton, the program will take place at Grafton High School.

Tuition: $850

They help students build confidence, creativity, focus, self-expression, and a lifelong connection to the arts.

This summer, private lessons are open at Apple Tree Arts in Grafton for students of all ages and experience levels. Whether you’re just getting started, returning to music, preparing for an audition, or ready to keep growing, our teaching artists can help you learn at your own pace.

Oh, the thinks you can think this summer! 🎭

Apple Tree Arts’ Summer Youth Theatre production of Seussical Jr. is open for students entering grades 3–7.

From the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus, students will bring the colorful world of Dr. Seuss to life while building confidence, creativity, teamwork, and performance skills.

This two-week program runs July 13–24, weekdays from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, and ends with a performance on Friday, July 24 at 7:00 PM.

Led by Katie Vennard and Emily Stratton, the program will take place at Grafton High School.

Tuition: $800

Please join us in welcoming Denver Nuckolls to the Apple Tree Arts faculty! 🎶

Denver will be teaching drums and percussion this summer, bringing with him a rich background as a performer, composer, audio engineer, and educator based in the Boston area.

His creative work explores sound in all its forms, from solo projects to collaborative recordings with musicians across the country. Since 2022, Denver has released several solo projects and contributed to more than 25 collaborative recordings, with his work featured in outlets including Boston Art Review, Allston Pudding, Digital America, Exposure Therapy, and Rosy Overdrive.

We’re so excited for our students to learn from Denver’s experience, creativity, and deep love of sound.

Whether you or your child are picking up an instrument for the first time, getting ready for an audition, returning to music after time away, or simply looking for something creative to do this summer, our teaching artists are here to help you grow.

Lessons are available for all ages in piano, cello, clarinet, flute, guitar, percussion, saxophone, trombone, trumpet, ukulele, viola, violin, voice, and more.
