Dancing 4 the Fun of Fit's founding fitness friend, Linda Clark, has been taking Refit dance-fitness on Tuesday's and Thursday's at 6:30pm. Linda loves the class, the ability to modify, and of course the instuctor.

Anyone ready for a challenge? ✋ We are starting a Hula Hoop Challenge called "Hoop Every Damn Day"💪☀️. It is going to be fun getting back to hooping everyday to slim and trim my waistline👗.

Another Blast from the Past I want to share with any of you who have a hoop and want to use it to get yourself up and moving. These thirty-minute workouts were originally used for a 21-day challenge at our studio, BUT I thought they would be another totally free-shared work out video to help you get up and get moving with me during the to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Know that I love and miss all of you everyday and I especially miss seeing you all and working out with you.
