The Community School of the Arts (CSA) at the Goshen College Music Center is calling young musicians in grades 3–12 to join our Youth String Ensembles and Orchestras!

Performing in an ensemble builds deep musical skills, active listening, and lifelong friendships with fellow musicians across the region. 🌟

✨ Open to all young string players—whether or not you currently take lessons at the CSA!

🎺 Ensemble Offerings:
• Allegro Beginning String Ensemble (Grades 3–6)

• Youth Honors Orchestras (Grades 6–12)

🎟 Performances: Perform twice annually on stage in Sauder Concert Hall & Rieth Recital Hall!

🎟️ Beginning today, all Goshen College Box Office sales will transition to a new online ticketing platform powered by PurplePass. While the system will have an updated look and purchasing process, you can still find all upcoming performances and ticketed events at www.goshen.edu/tickets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
✨ For the General Public: Guest accounts are no longer required! You can complete your ticket purchases through a faster, streamlined checkout process.
✨ For GC Students & Employees: To access free or discounted tickets, look for the "Single Sign-On" (SSO) link on the event page. Simply log in with your standard Goshen College credentials via Okta to unlock your campus discounts.
✨ Interactive Seat Selection: Planning a visit to Sauder Concert Hall or the Umble Center? You'll notice newly designed, interactive seating maps to help you pick your exact seats for reserved seating events.

BOX OFFICE HOURS & KEY DATES:

We are so pleased to be a regional community partner for the inaugural Notre Dame Arts Biennial from Arts at ND. Occurring every two years, the biennial is an international arts festival rooted in the creative spirit, intellectual energy, and iconic traditions of Notre Dame and the region. Predominantly free programming across the visual, spatial, literary, and performing arts will contribute to the region’s long-term flourishing by enhancing quality-of-life and quality-of-place and by providing new platforms for arts research to positively impact the public.

Alongside 15 other regional community partners, Goshen College Music Center will offer programming in 2027 featured in and supported by the Arts Biennial. We are grateful for Notre Dame's support of the arts in Northern Indiana and at Goshen College!
