Sneak peek of our latest knit obsession + a new kit!

The Vesna Tee by Life is Cozy. It’s a boxy summer top you can choose to make cropped or not (pick your length 14-23”), perfect for layering over a tank or sundress.

Knit vertically in a super fun stripe-by-stripe pattern makes for a satisfying checklist as you work your way around.

Of course we saw this pattern as the perfect opportunity to use our custom ontheround Nimble Sock color, Tidewater Pines. To let it shine front and center, we paired it up with Knitting for Olive Merino in neutral color Marzipan.

A few customers have seen the sample coming together when visiting the shop and fell in love.

Happening THIS Saturday!

World Knit (or Crochet!) in Public Day is one of our favorite days of the year! Free for anyone to pop in and attend, no reservations required.

World Knit in Public Day is celebrated by stitchers everywhere, and we want to bring the energy and excitement of this crafter’s holiday to our small town.

Everyone is invited to gather in the green space surrounding Robie Gym (right next door to our shop!) anytime between 10am-3pm to knit in public, a beautiful way to celebrate a wonderful hobby that unifies us in so many ways. Pop in for an hour with your current project and enjoy the sunshine on one of the park benches or your own chair. Bring a blanket, pack a picnic lunch and settle in under a big shade tree to knit through the afternoon. Invite your friends or come meet some new ones!

We will have in-store promotions that day, so be sure to stop by and say hi. Here’s what you can expect:

🧶Fill-a-bag Yarn Sale: We hand you a bag, you stuff it for only $40!

🧶Launch day for two new store exclusive kits (sneak peeks went out to newsletter subscribers today, we’ll be sharing them here on social tomorrow)
