Cheer/Acro class is off to a fantastic start! These hard working girls are improving their skills every week! We’re learning the proper form for jumps, motion techniques, stunting and have now welcomed the art of acrobatics!! Our strength and conditioning portion of class is helping our girls stay safe and active for the tumbling part of class!
