Join us during Goldston Old Fashion Day, Sat Oct 10, as we will have returning The Climbing Place portable rock wall and a small kid's wall for kid's entertainment. Children will have unlimited play from 10am-3pm. The wrist bands are good for rock wall, inflatables and petting zoo.

"UBI" the Clown, aka John Hogan will be joining us again this year for Goldston Old Fashion Day, Sat, Oct 10, 10am-3pm. He is great with "Kids" of all ages, entertaining with balloon art. Wife, Karen will be also returning with her assortment of hula hoops.

Some of our entertainment will be provided by Paradise Entertainment from Angier, NC. They will be bringing a mechanical bull for all to enjoy and test their skill for free. It will be set up across Main Street in the grass lot beside the old BB&T bank. Also, we will have a photo booth on the festival street to help make memories of the day.

Attention.....just wanted to let everyone know that we are full again. Response has been great and due to space, we are closing registration for the 2026 Goldston Old Fashion Day. There are over 132 talented vendors attending, with this being said, the street is full, so during your stroll of the festival area, don't stop short, you never know what wonderful items may be in the next booth. Be sure to check them all out from end to end. Those vendors still waiting on your confirmation cards, you will be e-mailed. For others that wanted to attend, we hope you will try again next year. We look forward to seeing you then.

#132 - Shelia Gaines Walters, hometown girl raised in Goldston will be joining us during Goldston Old Fashion Day, Sat. Oct 10. She will have for sale her own book "Mama Said" devotional book. 100 Days of Experiencing the Heart of Jesus. Each book will sell for $9.99. Drop by visit with her and get you a copy to enjoy. Her booth will be the driveway of her homeplace at the end of the festival street.

Attention.....just wanted to let everyone know that we are full again. Response has been great and due to space, we are closing registration for the 2026 Goldston Old Fashion Day. There are over 131 talented vendors attending, with this being said, the street is full, so during your stroll of the festival area, don't stop short, you never know what wonderful items may be in the next booth. Be sure to check them all out from end to end. Those vendors still waiting on your confirmation cards, you will be e-mailed. For others that wanted to attend, we hope you will try again next year. #131 - Goldston Lions Club host of the Goldston Old Fashion Day, Saturday, Oct 10, is the final vendor attending the event. We have an awesome number of vendors with a wide variety of items to sell, food to eat and agencies promoting their services. So come and spend the day. The Lions will be collecting eyeglasses, selling raffle tickets to raise maintenance funds for Camp Dogwood (a recreational facility for the Blind or Visually impaired) and recruiting new members. #130 - Sheriff Steve Maynor and the Chatham County Sheriff's Dept will be at the Goldston Old Fashion Day festival on Saturday, Oct 10. They will be on hand sharing child safety information and gun safety. They continually support our event as community outreach and assist with traffic control and the use of the roadside digital signs.

#129 - Bonlee FD Bombers are our 30th 1st time vendor participating at Goldston Old Fashion Day, Saturday, Oct 10. They will be in a new role, taking over the Ice Cream duties from the Goldston Lions Club. Please stop by the same location and get some of the same tasty ice cream served up by our newest attendees. Danny Hancock Jr will be wearing a different shirt with the Fire Dept.
