the full rental makeover treatment 💅 draft 1 of 2 spaces for a home in boulder, colorado, rendered before anything is purchased

my no. 1 biggest pet peeve as an interior designer: anyone who thinks a rental home shouldn’t be decorated like a “real” home. there’s nothing better than feeling like your space really is yours, even if the mortgage isn’t.
