I'm a local artist creating jewelry, paintings, and other crafts with a little bit of mindfulness and a smidgen of spare time. Then I started learning how to paint (still learning, by the way). Somewhere in there, yoga began playing a huge part in my life. Now, I practice daily, and the peace and centered feeling I gain from my practice is the place from which I create. My art is inspired by that mindfulness, and I love being able to share it with others.
